"KreatorsFactory Mic isn't detected"

Voice Swap sends your converted voice out through a virtual microphone called KreatorsFactory Mic. The message *"KreatorsFactory Mic isn't detected yet — tap refresh after enabling it"* means that device isn't installed or switched on yet.

1. 1In the desktop app, use the install / enable control next to the notice.
2. 2Approve the prompt. Adding an audio device needs your permission, and on a Mac your password too. Nothing installs without you agreeing to it.
3. 3Press the refresh icon beside the notice. The warning should go.
4. 4In your calling app, open audio settings and choose KreatorsFactory Mic.
5. 5Press Test voice to hear the conversion, then go live.

• Restart the KreatorsFactory app, then refresh again.
• Restart the computer. Newly installed audio devices sometimes only register properly after a reboot.
• Quit the calling app fully and reopen it. Like cameras, microphones are usually scanned once at launch.
• Keep headphones on while testing, or you'll be chasing an echo instead.
