Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is lost.
Why are there four billing lengths?
One month is the most flexible. Three, six and twelve months each unlock a larger discount, because paying for longer up front lets us do the same with the compute. The exact saving on each is shown on the cards above.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
You'll get an in-app notification at 80% usage. Once you hit 100% you can either upgrade your plan or top up with a one-off credit pack — no need to wait for the next cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Credit packs you buy on top do not expire — they sit in your wallet until you use them.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Instead of a free trial we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. The free plan runs for as long as you want, no card required.
Is my data safe?
