What happens to my credits when I change plan?

They stay. Packs you paid for, referral bonuses and anything we've credited you are yours regardless of which tier you're on, and no plan change touches them.

That belongs to the plan, not to you. When you switch mid-cycle, whatever is left of the old plan's allowance is cleared as the new one arrives — otherwise two months of allowance would stack on a single change.

We count it in your favour: renders are treated as having spent the plan allowance first, so the credits you actually paid for are the last thing touched and the last thing left.

Where a switch leaves you owed money for time you didn't use, it goes to your wallet after a short holding period rather than back to the card. Wallet balance spends on any plan or pack, so nothing is trapped. The exact figures are on the confirmation screen before you agree to anything.
