KreatorsFactory is slow, or a page won't load

Six general fixes, in the order that finds the cause quickest.

Reload the page, or restart the desktop app.
Check you're online by opening any other site.
Hard reload to clear a stale cache — Ctrl + Shift + R, or Cmd + Shift + R on a Mac.
Turn off extensions, or open a private window. Ad blockers and privacy extensions break parts of the app fairly often, and they do it silently.
Update the browser or the desktop app.
Try a different browser or device. This is the step that tells you whether the problem is us or the machine — worth doing before writing in.

If one particular page throws an error, send us the wording and roughly when. Any maintenance we know about shows as a banner on the site.
