Six checks, in the order that resolves this fastest.

Our mail usually lands in seconds. When it doesn't, it's nearly always one of these.

Look in spam, promotions and updates. A first message from a new sender is the one filters grab.
**Search the whole mailbox for *kreatorsfactory*.** A rule may have filed it somewhere you'd never look.
Re-read the address you typed. One wrong character sends it to someone else's inbox.
**Mark an earlier message from us as *Not spam*, add us to your contacts, then press *Resend*.**
Give it 10 minutes. Delivery is usually instant, but a busy relay can hold mail briefly.
Try a personal address if you used a work or school one. Corporate filters block plenty of legitimate mail outright, and you can't see it happening.
