How do credits work?
One balance, spent per render, topped up by your plan or bought outright.

Credits are what a render costs. Every job shows its price before you confirm it, so nothing is ever taken by surprise.
Where they come from
- Your plan tops you up at the start of each billing cycle.
- Credit packs are bought outright, whenever you want more.
- Bonuses arrive from referrals, promotions and the larger packs.
They all land in the same balance, and a render simply draws from it.
What things cost
Price depends on the tool and, for video, on how long the output runs — a 6-second clip costs less than a 30-second one. The figure on the confirm screen is the figure you pay.
Where to look
The number in the top bar is your balance, and the Wallet page shows the same figure with the history behind it. Running low? Either load your wallet or pick up a pack from Billing.
Tip
A render that genuinely fails gives its credits back. If one didn't, tell us and we'll put it right.
