How do I ask for a refund?

If a charge went wrong — billed twice, a render you paid for that failed, money taken with nothing to show for it — we'll put it right.

2. 2Give us the date, the amount and how you paid, and say what went wrong.
3. 3We usually come back within 1 to 2 working days.

• Refunds on website payments go back to the card you used, or to your wallet if that's faster.
• Bought it in the iOS or Android app? That refund is Apple's or Google's to give — how to ask them.
• Credits spent on a render that finished aren't usually refundable. But if the result failed, or came back unusable, tell us — that's a different conversation and we'd rather have it.
