Zoom or Meet can't see the KreatorsFactory camera

Calling apps scan for cameras when they launch. Start the swap first, then restart the app.

Most calling apps look for cameras once, at launch, and remember what they found. So the order matters more than anything else here.

Start the session in KreatorsFactory first, before you open the calling app or its camera list.
Quit the calling app properly and reopen it. Closing the window isn't enough on either platform — it has to actually exit, so it scans again on the way back up.
On a Mac, approve the camera under System Settings → Login Items & Extensions → Camera Extensions, and switch KreatorsFactory on.
Choose it by hand in the calling app's video settings — pick KreatorsFactory Virtual Camera from the dropdown rather than expecting it to switch itself.
Restart the KreatorsFactory app and go through it once more.

Tip

Open Photo Booth on a Mac or the Camera app on Windows and choose the KreatorsFactory camera there. If your swapped face appears, the swap is fine and it's the calling app's camera list that's stale — which sends you back to step 2.
