How do I use Live Swap on a video call?
Two ways in — the desktop app for apps installed on your computer, the extension for calls in a browser tab.

Live Swap puts a different face on your camera while the call is running. There are two ways to run it, and which one you want depends on where the call happens.
Calls in an app on your computer
Use the desktop app. It publishes a camera your calling apps can select, the same way they'd select a webcam.
On a Mac, the first session asks you to allow the camera under System Settings → Login Items & Extensions → Camera Extensions. Approve it once and every app can see it.
Calls in a browser tab
Use the browser extension instead. Nothing to install beyond the extension itself, no camera to select — it swaps the video the calling site asks for. It covers the main browser calling sites.
Where the work happens
Desktop Live Swap runs on your own machine. The browser extension, Live Swap Pro and Voice Swap run on our servers — we don't record the call and keep no copy of it.
