Pick the coin and network you're sending from.
Send the exact amount shown, to the address or QR code on screen.
Wait for the network to confirm. Your plan or credits arrive on their own — usually within minutes, depending on the chain.

Two things to get right

The amount must match. Short by a fraction and the payment won't settle.
The network must match. The right coin on the wrong chain is the one mistake here that can genuinely lose the funds, and no one can reverse it.

Leave the checkout page open until you see the confirmation. If you do close it, the status is still in Billing.
