My render has been processing for ages

How long a render takes depends on its length and on how busy we are. Most finish in a few minutes; a long clip takes longer.

1. 1Leave My Projects open. The status updates itself — you don't have to sit on the refresh key.
2. 2Reload if it hasn't moved in a while. Occasionally it's the status display that's stuck, not the render.
3. 3Check your connection. A dropped connection freezes what you can see while the render carries on perfectly well at our end.
4. 4Don't submit it again. That queues a second job and spends a second lot of credits for the same result. This is the one genuinely expensive mistake on this page.

Still *processing* after half an hour, or showing failed? Send us the project. If a job really did fail, the credits come back.
