My video won't play or download

1. 1Reload and open the project again from My Projects.
2. 2Download it instead of streaming it, then play it in your own video player. That separates a playback problem from a file problem in one step.
3. 3Use a current browser. Chrome and Edge handle MP4 and H.264 without complaint.
4. 4Check space and permissions — a full disk, or a browser not allowed to save files, both look like a download that simply doesn't happen.
5. 5Turn off extensions, or try a private window, if the download is being blocked.

If the file downloads but plays nowhere, or arrives at 0 bytes, send us the project and we'll check the render itself.
