When does the meter start on a live session?
When the swap goes live, not when you press start. Connecting is on us.

Live Swap, Live Swap Pro and Voice Swap are billed by the minute, and the minute only counts once you're actually swapped.
Where the line falls
- Warming up is free. Between pressing Start and the first converted frame there's a short setup. That's our cost, not yours.
- The meter starts at the first converted frame — the moment the swapped picture or the new voice appears. The panel begins counting down there.
- Stop means stop. Press it and the meter stops with it.
Renders are different
One-off jobs — a swap, an avatar, a lip sync, an identity swap — cost credits, quoted before you confirm. A render that genuinely fails gives them back; if yours didn't, say so and we'll fix it.
Tip
The panel turns amber with 2 minutes left, so the end doesn't arrive unannounced. At zero it stops on its own and offers you Top up.
