"Could not reach the KreatorsFactory service" when signing in

*"Could not reach the KreatorsFactory service. Check your connection and try again"* means the request never got a reply. That's almost always somewhere between you and us rather than at either end.

1. 1Confirm you're online — open any website.
2. 2Change networks. Mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or the other way round. Café, hotel and office networks block application traffic routinely while letting web pages through, which is exactly what this looks like.
3. 3Turn off a VPN or proxy and try again.
4. 4Check a firewall or private relay isn't in the way, or allow KreatorsFactory through it.
5. 5Wait a minute and retry. Short blips fix themselves.
6. 6Update the app. A very old desktop build can be calling an address we've retired — if the updater refuses.
7. 7Try kreatorsfactory.com in a browser. If the site works and the app doesn't, it's that machine's networking, and steps 2 to 4 are where the answer is.
